Soul Tower

This 77 storey apartment and retail building in the heart of the Surfers Paradise, Queensland is destined to become a Gold Coast landmark. Vekta provided complete surveying services for their client Grocon.

Project details

• Vertical elements have been constructed using three independent climbing shutter systems for core and columns requiring unique surveying challenges.
• Vekta's surveyors were working double shifts until 10pm to achieve project timelines.
• Three complex "pods" were constructed from ground floor level for specialist retail levels requiring complex 3D calculations.
